By confirming your purchase of SALS Express, you agree to accept delivery of the product(s).
We are not responsible for any damages to the product in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Should you think the items received are not fit for purpose, simply return the unused product to us (PO Box 796, Seven Hills, NSW, 1730) along with proof of purchase, within 14 days - to be arranged and paid for by the customer. All refunds or replacements must be for the entire quantity of SALS Express from the initial order. Partial returns, spares and leftovers will not be accepted for refund or replacement. Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange you must be a full paying customer. If you are not the original purchaser of SALS Express, you are not eligible for an return or refund.
Refund or replacement of items is based on a inspection of the returned product. If the returned item is deemed to be unfit for purpose, a refund or replacement will be issued.
If the item has been used, it is only practical that it cannot be returned for refund however we can assist you with warranty and non-warranty claims.
We are not responsible for manufacturer changes in product or specifications.Please Note:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned parcels. The consumer is responsible for any return shipping charges on exchanged or replaced merchandise.
